Having established our first HACCP system circa 1995 we have learned from the mistakes of those early days.  Although Codex HACCP still resembles Version 1-1969, we now know how to apply the requirements appropriately & efficiently.  We will not burden your system with perceived Critical Control Points [CCP’s] and clog your resources with trivial Corrective & Preventative Actions [CAPA].
